Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Quotas: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.

Property Inspections: Conduct free 360-degree property inspections for homeowners, identifying potential roofing issues and opportunities for improvement.
Documentation: Take detailed photos and create comprehensive inspection reports for submission to insurance companies.
Customer Interaction: Maintain regular communication with homeowners throughout the project, addressing their questions and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.

Sales Strategy: Research storm-affected areas and delegate salesmen to knock in those locations. Develop and implement new sales techniques to enhance team performance.
Daily Meetings: Hold daily sales meetings to motivate and encourage your team, providing them with the tools and strategies needed for success.
Accountability: Ensure salesmen adhere to safety protocols, maintain company attire, and follow all company policies. Hold your team accountable for their performance and conduct.
Organizational Management: Keep detailed and organized records of all salesmen's activities, progress, and performance.
